Exchanges

If you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or would like a different size or color (subject to availability), you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Perishable goods (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14–20 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
